Question:

I have a 2020 Jayco Eagle fifth wheel trailer. One of my awning arms broke and I’m looking for a replacement. The arms are Solera but they are only 59.5 inches long. I was told that the part numberV000524099is obsolete. The RV dealer where we bought it said that the replacement would be 63 inches which would work. They just never got back to me. I don’t have a clue what I’m looking for at this point.

What you heard is correct, the 59-1/2" arm assembly you currently have is no longer available. The 63" arm is what you are looking for. You can either use the black # LC404523 or white # LC97UD replacement arms which will work for both sides. There is no need to replace the heads since your existing heads will work with these arms.
