After I get the rails installed in my truck am I able to remove the 5th wheel pedestal?

If you're referring to the 5th wheel hitch itself the then yes, you would be able to remove the hitch from the B&W Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWRVR3200 by removing the four pin and clips that attach the feet of the hitch into the rails.
