The attachment hardware comes as part of the kit with the Yakima Spare Tire With 5 Spoke Rim, part # Y08121. We do not carry the attachment hardware in our product line as a stand-alone item.
I pulled one of the Yakima Spare Tire with 5 Spoke Rim, part # Y08121, from our warehouse and took a couple measurements for you. The smaller T-bolt that attaches the plate to the frame of the rack And Roll Trailer is a 7/16 coarse thread bolt that has a 3/4 inch by 3/4 inch head that is 5/32 inch thick. The threads are 1 inch on the t-bolts. The bolt that attaches to the middle of the plate is a 1/2 inch coarse thread hex head bolt. The overall length is 4.6 inches and the threads are 1.4 inches long.
