I have the C11580 . I have 2019 Ford Ranger. I cant get it to work. My power tab is at 5 oclock position. The controller goes in upside down. Do u have a solution?

It sounds like there may be an issue with the fuse or wiring on your 2019 Ford Ranger. When we installed the Curt Echo # C51180 on a 2019 Ford Ranger in our shop(see video below) it was plug and play installation. First I recommend verifying you have power on your charge line with a Test Light # PTW2993 so you know if the Echo is defective. If no power on 7-way charge line you will want to verify all your trailer fuses and relays are in place and in good condition. If all the fuses and relays are good I recommend visiting a Ford dealer to have them inspect the wiring to determine if you have a damaged harness.
