Can The Ultra-Fab Electric Stabilizer Be Added To A Trailer With A Lippert Stabilizer
Updated 06/09/2023 | Published 06/07/2023 >
Question:
Greetings: I currently have a 2022 Forest River Wildwood Heritage Glen Travel Trailer and recently the etrailer staff recommended this product the UF39-941705 for my RV. My question is do I have to remove the lipart electric regular stabilizers that are included with the RV on purchase or can I continue to use them helping with extra stabilization or do I have to remove them? Thanks as always~

Technically, as long as you have the space you could add as many stabilizers as you like to your trailer. The Lippert stabilizers you currently have are great for stabilization, but can't be used for leveling so the Ultra-Fab Power Twin II Electric Stabilizer with Dual Motors # UF39-941705 ends up being the more useful jack.
If you have the space I would use both and start by leveling the trailer out with the # UF39-941705 and then lowering the Lippert jacks for extra stabilization help. You'd want to have the # UF39-941705 closer to the rear of the trailer, so if you have another Lippert stabilizer in the rear you'll want to move it forward and use it in the middle of the trailer.
