What Part Do I Need to Trim to Install the Hidden Hitch item # DT82GR on a 2019 Volvo XC90?

Will an installer have to cut the heat shield behind the exhaust and the inner/lower edge of the bumper cover on a 2019 XC90 Momentum T5 to accommodate this install? The video showing install on a newer XC90 looks like a clean cut out already exists but I dont know if somebody had to do that work.

The only part that will need to be trimmed or cut to install the Hidden Hitch item # DT82GR is the bottom of the fascia. I have attached a picture below that will show you this step.
The Hidden Hitch item # DT82GR is confirmed to fit the 2019 Volvo XC90. If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C56285 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
