I have a 2021 keystone 35BH fith wheel that I need a replacement leg with foot for my front landing gear.

Based on images I could find it appears your 2021 Keystone Sprinter 35BH uses the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Leveling System # LC358590. This would require the Replacement Leg # LC305340 which we do have the Jack # LC362485 and Foot # LC362486 available separately if you do not need a motor with the leg. If you are unsure if this is the system you have please take a photo of your landing gear along with the circuit board which controls it so I can verify if you have a different system.
