We are looking at a new vehicle and get it set up for flat tow. The new vehicle is a 2022 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, 9 speed 948TE 4wd Auto Trans with Active Drive II. I prefer the Blue Ox equipment if available. Thanks

The parts needed to flat tow your 2022 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk include the following:

- Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1143
- Blue Ox Alpha 2 Non-Binding Tow Bar # BX7380
- Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 OR # RM63MR if you have ParkSense
- Battery Charge Line Kit # RM-156-25
- Blue Ox Patriot Radio Frequency, Portable Braking System # BLU37TR
- High-Low Adapter (see article, bracket height is 20")

I tried to incorporate as many Blue Ox parts as I could, but when it comes to wiring they only have kits that require you to cut into and install another bulb in your tail light housing which is a pretty risky method if you ask me. The Roadmaster wiring kits are the best in the business which is why I recommended their parts over anybody else.
