Ladder Rack For 2021 Ford F-150 With BAKFlip MX4 Tonneau Cover & 5-1/2 Foot Bed

Question:

Hi, I have a BakFlip MX4 Tonneau cover on my 2021 Ford F-150 Supercrew 5.5foot bed. Will adding the Truxedo Elevate TS Rails allow for installing the Yakima Overhaul HD adjustable Tonneau-compatible rack without removing the cover? If that is not possible, is there another rack system that would better fit this cover? I plan on carrying a 12foot kayak and the Yakima fly rod storage box on the rack. Thanks

There is a ladder rack that is compatible with the BAKFlip MX4 Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK76FR on your 2021 Ford F-150 with a 5-1/2 foot bed, though you can't mix the Yakima and Elevate parts. So what you will need is the entire TruXedo rack system, with the correct part for your truck being the following:

The # TX96NV is fully compatible with your MX4 so it's perfect for your truck.
