Correct Replacement Slide Out Cylinder with 39-1/2" Port to Port

Question:
I have a slide cylinder i need to replace, Not for sure what one i need the measurements are 39 1/2 from port to port the total length of the cylinder is 41 5/8, the color is grey, the ser# 065484, Any other infor let me know Thanks

I checked with Lippert and they told me that the correct replacement for you is the Lippert Replacement Hydraulic Cylinder for RV Slide-Out part # LC342328 which has a port to port of 39-1/2", a retracted overall length of 53", and a tube length of 42-1/16".
