The Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs part # 13703 is my recommendation for a 2013 Keystone Sprinter Copper Canyon. This is a frame mount hitch so you won't have to worry about a weak bumper connection. It installs via drilling and bolting directly into the frame and the universal design means there should be very little issues with fit.
In order to hook up the lights you'll also need the 4-Pole Hardwire Kit with Circuit Tester part # 18252.
