Question:
We have a 1960s Air streak trailer, It has Hadco 5R series 6 x 5.5 drum/hub assembly all one piece, 12inch x 2inch electric brakes, 5200lb axle. I guess they dont make them anymore, What would you recommend?

Since we don't have the info on your Hadco hub/drum assemblies I would pull one and measure the spindle to ensure that we're getting the correct fit. You'll need to use a set of calipers # PTW80157 to precisely measure the journals of your spindle at points B, C, and D to get your grease seal and bearing inner diameters.
Once we have these measurements I'd just need to know the bolt pattern for your wheels and then I'd be happy to help find the correct replacement hub/drum assemblies for your trailer.
