The Dexstar Steel Mini Mod Trailer Wheel # AM20245 you looked at will work with your ST175/80D13 tire if you want a black wheel with a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern. If you would rather have a basic white wheel then the # AM20232 would also work. If you need a 4 on 4 bolt pattern you can use the # AM20222DX for white or # AM20242 for black.
