I just bought a 2021 Silverado 2500 HD pickup that has a gooseneck ball in the bed and was wondering if this item would work with my RV. I have a 2009 Dutchmen 24B model 5th wheel trailer. Item Im looking at is Item # DM8550046.

For your 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD you will most likely need the Demco Recon Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # DM8550045. The Recon # DM8550046 you found is for trucks/flatbeds with a recessed gooseneck ball. The Recon # DM8550045 will fit a 2-5/16" ball up to 5" tall.
