I have a 1984 C30 single-wheel truck 8-foot bed own hitch. Looking for a camper tie downs front and back sets. Camera weight dry 3300 Lbs

Since there aren't confirmed fitting TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs for your 1984 Chevy C30 you'll need to use a clamp-on style like the Brophy Clamp On Camper Tie-Downs # HSAB. You'll need to measure the bedrails to ensure that these tie-downs will fit correctly and not come in contact with the exterior side wall of the bed. I've attached the dimensions of these tie-downs for you below to measure you bed with.
If you have stake pockets you could also measure to see if the Brophy Stake Pocket Mounted Camper Tie Downs # TDSF you were looking at would be a fit as well.
To complete your setup you'll also need some turnbuckles like the TorkLift Basic SpringLoad Turnbuckles for Camper Tie-Downs # TLS9000.
