Will an Axle-Less suspension system work if you dont have brakes for the trailer?

Yes, you can still use the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System like part # ASR35HDS01 without brakes and just hubs. The Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly part # 8-231-9UC1-EZ for 8 lug or the Easy Grease Trailer Idler Hub Assembly part # AKIHUB-655-6-EZ-K for 6 lug will both work great.
