Would Item # AKUBRK-7R be a direct replacement for 023-343-00 brake assembly. If it is, what would be the part number for the same assembly for the left side?

To replace the Dexter Axle 023-343-00 brake assemblies on your trailer you need the 12" Hydraulic Brake Kit # AKFBBRK-7 - this includes both the left and right side assemblies.
