Do Trailer Wheel and Tire Combos Require Balancing

Question:
Do tire and rim need to be balanced after receiving or do they come balanced and ready to install on travel trailer.

Our trailer wheel and tire combos do not come balanced nor do they actually require it. There's no noticeable benefit to having trailer wheels balanced and often times the weights just end up bouncing off due to less sophisticated suspension on the trailer so it's not needed.
