Do I need to add the sensors for a tow dolly and the towed car rear tires. The car already has a factory tpms

It sounds like you already have a motorhome with a TireMinder system like the # TM49FR. This is capable of monitoring up to 22 sensors. So yes, if you want to monitor the pressure on the tow dolly and your vehicle with this system you will need to add additional sensors with the # TM-2Brass. This comes with two sensor so you would need to order a quantity of two to cover all four tires.
