Can I turn the propane fitting downward 90n degree turn?

To turn the quick disconnect propane fitting on the Greystone Outdoor RV Griddle and Grill # WAY34FR you would have to overtighten it, which can be done but isn't really recommended as you could end up damaging the fitting and allowing propane to leak from the fitting.
