The Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs part # 13703 will work great on your Keystone Outback as it's designed for I-Beam frames. It will work great for a generator as it offers plenty of support and can be used with a lot of different accessories like the 16x21 TorkLift Lock and Load SideKick Cargo Tray for 2" Hitches part # TLA7901 or 24x27 TorkLift Lock and Load Maximum Security Cargo Tray for 2" Hitches 400 lbs part # TLA7752.
