For your 2021 GMC Sierra 2500 short bed we only have Torklift camper tie downs as a confirmed fit like with the # TLC2225, # TLC3221 for the front and rear set. These are frame style tie downs which provide a much more stable tie down setup than the bed rails as the truck can't sway to the sides nearly as much.
