Will they work in my 2019 Ford F-250 8 foot box? I dont have 2 inches in the lip

According to CR Brophy, the camper tie down brackets you'd looked at, part # HSWB are specifically designed to fit the bed of a 2019 Ford F-250 and 350. There does indeed need to be 2 inches of available space under the lip of the truck bed side wall. The only reason the manufacturer of the bracket kit could come up with that these might not fit is that either the measurement was incorrectly taken or some changes were made to your truck bed so it's no longer stock.
