So I took measurements on my trailer. My wheel base is 35”. The shackle from home to home is 6 1/2”. So my confusion is between the two parts is one is for wheel bases 33” and the other is for wheel bases of 35”. I measured several times. So which kit should is right for my 5th wheel?

Since your current equalizers measure 6-1/2" you will want to replace them with the MORryde Rubber Equalizers for Tandem Axle Trailers item # MR87ZR. They both work with 8,000 lbs axles so don't worry about the wheel base.

Since you are replacing your equalizers, I recommend replacing your shackles and upgrading your wet bolts. If you have 2-1/4" shackles you will need item # MR46ZR. If you have 3-1/8" shackles you will want item # MR76ZR. These wet bolts have built-in grease fittings for easy maintenance and longer use.
