Hey Brian, what pump setup are you using and are you sure that it's building pressure? Do you have a pump like the # ST93FR?

I have the aluminum valve that has a handle that points straight out and to the right. There are zero instructions in the box as to which ports the pump connects to. Based on the handle position it seems the pump connects to the left side. After much frustration and no help from Stillwell factory I determined the pump goes in the middle. Dump and jack go on either side. Maybe put in a piece of paper with INSTRUCTIONS in the valve box. Not that hard. Or a link to a video. A QR code would be good. None of these are expensive to do and would stop customer frustration.
