if you add to a 2018 ford f150, leaf spring + timbren suspension + blue ox weight distribution what happen.

You are able to install the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TFR1504E along with the SuperSprings # SSA28 while also using a Blue Ox TrackPro Weight Distribution # BLU55FR on your 2018 Ford F-150. The weight distribution is going to help the most with leveling your F-150 when connected to a trailer. The SuperSprings being a more active suspension than the Timbren will begin to engage sooner when weight is applied and will provide a more stable ride. The Timbren's with these other systems is most likely only to become engaged when hitting bumps or pot holes and will reduce the amount the suspension compresses. Do note that even with all the extra suspension enhancement this will not increase your towing capability or payload.
