Question:

With my level up jacks up, the power off, and driving, the jacks down light flashes twice, and the pump engages briefly, but watching underneath the jacks don’t seem to be leaking down. Any ideas?

It sounds like you may have a bad Pressure Switch # LC142927 or connection on your Level Up system. With the Jacks Down light on your Panel # LC175225 but the jacks are not dropping it sounds like a wiring issue. I recommend checking the wiring connections to ensure they are in good condition and there is not an issue. Another possibility is the pressure switch can be sensitive enough to where if you have not replaced the hydraulic fluid in your lines the fluid could have absorbed enough moisture which would cause the pressure to fluctuate and drop causing your Jacks Down light.
