I have some parts I believe will fit, but if you're able to find any exact part numbers on the actuator itself I will be able to provide more of a concrete selection of parts. It looks like your actuator is similar, if not the same, as the Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator - Drum # DM8101222 which means the following replacement parts will fit:

- Demco Actuator Replacement Master Cylinder for Drum Brakes # 5650
- Demco Actuator Replacement Break Away Cable and Lever # 5401
- Slide Repair Kit for Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuators - DA10 Series # DM5943
