It sounds like you have a 2005 Jayco Jay Flight 31BHS which has a GVWR of 6,935 lbs. Assuming that is correct, it is likely you have 3,500 lb axles on your trailer. I recommend verifying this information by checking the axle tags to be sure.
If that is the case, you can use the Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-35-SA. These are 10" x 2-1/4" brake assemblies with a 4 bolt brake mounting flange pattern and a 3,500 lb axle rating. If you need mounting hardware we have the # BRKH10B.
Since you asked for options we also have the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust # 23-468-469. Personally, I would go with the etrailer brakes to save myself some money.
