I do have an option for you but the Folding Basket Adapter for 2" Trailer Hitch Mounted Cargo Carriers part # 52015 isn't compatible with a motorcycle carrier. Therefore, to answer your specific question, it's zero. The weight capacity is zero lbs. Although we do have a few really good motorcycle carriers for you to choose from, none can fold up against the vehicle while not in use so I'm afraid to say you will need to rethink your strategy. The folding mechansim is a weak point and it's not something you can easily integrate into a carrier designed for motorcycles. It's different for cargo carriers as they don't have as much leverage which is everything when it comes to suspended loads. The etrailer Aluminum Motorcycle Carrier part # e56UR gets my recommendation though due to the lightweight design at only around 45 lbs and it can carry a bike up to 400 lbs.
