According to your information I need a Relay-blue-4 wire tow ready accessories part #38666-1 to make my trailer running lights work on my 2018 Nissan Frontier, but I cannot find the part on your website or any other website. Please advise. Thank you.

The relay that you're looking for has since been discontinued however it can still be purchased with Curt Relay Kit for Nissan Aftermarket Tow Package # C57000.
This kit comes with the two blue relays you're looking for as well as the large brown relay to activate your 12-volt circuit.
