If you have no trailer stop/turn signals, left or right on a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 2500, you'll first want to start with taking a look in your owner's manuals for the correct fuse location. I went ahead and did this for you, the #1 fuse location is for the right trailer stop/turn and the #3 is for the left trailer stop/turn in the underhood fuse block. If the fuses are good the next step would be to inspect the terminals inside the trailer connector to be sure there is no corrosion. If all else fails you will need to take the truck into the dealer so they can look at the computer.
