I have a 2020 Entegra Glass C, can I flat tow a chevy Spark with a Blue OX Alpha 2 Towbar, using a dual hitch extender Malone MPG 544 and a Hollywood # HLY 84FR Rack

Yes, you can but you will want to verify your motorhome's hitch capacity as the Malone 2" Dual Purpose Hitch Receiver item # MPG544 will reduce it by 50%. A better option, which won't reduce your hitch's capacity, is to use the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers item # 325-GH-313.
