The blind spot sensors on a 2019 GMC Savana Van are located in the rear bumper, not the side mirror. That said, there are no cutouts on the Longview Custom Towing Mirrors part # LVT-1700 so if you have anything sticking out from the mirror body like puddle lights that are not flush it would not be compatible and you'd need another style like the K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors part # KS3891-2.
