I need a full flat towing kit for my 2024 Chevy Equinox LT to tow behind our 2017 Thor ACE 30.2

To flat tow your 2024 Chevy Equinox LT you'll need the following components:

Baseplate: Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-523193-5. This baseplate will interfere with lower active air shutters so you may have to fully remove or trim them to get the baseplate in place.

Tow Bar: etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar for Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plates # e74ZR. This tow bar comes with safety cables bracketed to the arms so you won't have to purchase them separately or worry about them dragging on the ground. The head and shank offer a bit of adjustability to help keep the tow bar level between the motorhome and Equinox.

Tow Bar Wiring Kit: For LED lights you'll need the Roadmaster Smart Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Wiring Kit for Variable Voltage LED Tail Lights # RM38FR, and for incandescent lights you'll need part # RM26FR. Both of these kits will splice into the factory wiring to display your motorhome's traffic signals through the tail lights of the Equinox.

Braking System: Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251. This fixed breaking system will be ready to go as soon as you are after the initial installation so that you have one less thing to setup every time you want to tow your Equinox.

Since the battery will drain while you tow I highly recommend also picking up the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-156-25 to keep it charged up while you tow.
