Question:

Trying to watch dvd on tv. Dvd continues to load but never starts playing. Can this be fixed, Thank you

If a DVD isn't wanting to load in your Jensen RV Stereo w DVD Player # JWM60A then we'll need to see if it's the DVD or the stereo system that's causing the error. The simplest way to test this is to use another DVD or use the DVD in a different player. If the DVD won't work on another player or a different DVD will play in your # JWM60A then the DVD is the issue. If the DVD works on a different player or the another DVD won't play in the # JWM60A then the stereo is the issue. Unfortunately, there isn't a way to fix or replace the reader inside of the stereo so you would be looking at a complete replacement.

Depending on how old yours is I would give Jensen a call to see if they'll warranty it out for you.
