There's really only two styles that will fit together when trying to use both a tonneau cover and a ladder rack at the same time. The first style being a ladder rack that mounts in the stake pockets of the vehicle and then a tonneau cover that sits inside of the bedrails.

The most popular combinations of this are a ladder rack like the Thule TracRac SR # TH43002XT-610 or Adarac Pro Series # A27VR along with a cover like the BAK Revolver X4s # BAK53ZR. There's a bit of rubbing between the edge of the tonneau cover and base of the ladder rack when rolling or unrolling the cover, but it's still compatible.

The other option is to use a retractable cover that has accessory T-Slots in the rails and a ladder rack that can mount in the rails. Yakima's OverHaul HD # Y01151-5955 is the most popular option for this along with a Retrax cover like # RTT-60842.

There's also the Pace Edwards JackRabbit Retractable Tonneau Cover w Contractor Rig Rack # JET5173-CR4005, which is an all-in-one kit, but the rack is typically for work truck and most people wouldn't want it for recreational use.

Out of these options I personally prefer the Yakima OverHaul HD # Y01151-5955 along with the Retrax # RTT-60842. This style is expensive but I love the way it looks and how easy it is to slide the ladder rack around in the T-Slots to adjust to different activities. If you could give me a bit more info on what exactly you're wanting to do with this combo I could recommend the best option for you. I'd also need to know the length of your Tundra's bed as all of the parts I've listed above are designed for a 6-1/2' bed wouldn't fit if you had a different length.
