Option to Carry Bikes While Towing Pop-Up Trailer

Question:

I have the following product: D210. but I think my hitch is too low for it to work. I have been using it to tow a popup camper with a bike rack. Is there any way to remedy this situation, such as adding a 4 inch rise adapter? It seems that most are for flat towing. Thanks in advance!

I have an option for an alternative method, but there isn't an adapter that will work as they are for flat towing, like you mentioned, instead of towing a trailer. What you can consider using instead is a trailer-mounted adapter, the Swagman Straddler Trailer-Mounted Bike Rack Carrier for A-Frame Trailers # S80503.

This clamps onto your A-frame pop-up camper and gives you a 2" receiver to mount your bike rack; I have added a link below to a video review of the # S80503 being used on a pop-up so you can see exactly how it works.
