Will the Thule Insta-Gater Pro Truck Bed Bike Rack work on an e-bike with fenders? Thanks.

The Thule Insta-Gater Pro Truck Bed Bike Rack part # TH93VR shouldn't be used on a bike with fenders as you'd have to place the hook before the fender and that could create a weak hold. That said, you can secure the rack to either the front or rear wheel so you might still be able to secure the bike if there's only a fender on the front or rear. If there are fenders over the front and rear wheels then I recommend going with a different option like the Inno Velo Gripper Bike Rack for Truck Beds part # INRT201.
