Shim for Narrow Bracket Strap Hinge - Stainless Steel Item # PLR2001-SS Could I get dimensions for this product. Overall size, hole spacing and diameter. Thank you

The Shim for Narrow Bracket Strap Hinge # PLR2001-SS measures 4-1/2" long and 1-1/4" wide. The distance between the mounting holes is 3-1/4". The diameter of the holes is 7/16". I have attached a diagram below for your reference.
