Question:

I bought the Roadmaster RM-794 Diodes kit. I also bought the Cooltech Jeep JK Harness. Im trying to figure out where the diodes would go when using this harness? I have a 2016 Jeep Rubicon JKU. Thank you

We don't carry Cool Tech products so I can't tell you for sure how their products work. The URL you pasted didn't work so I couldn't find the harness you purchased but I looked over their website and it looks like all of their flat towing harnesses are a plug and play factory connector style wiring harness and wouldn't require diodes. If your harness is different I would need to know the exact part number to take a look at it.

Typically diodes like part # RM-794 get installed just before the tail lights, as you can see in the attached video below of the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. I don't know about the kit you purchased but this one will come with everything you need to properly display your motorhome's light signals through the tail lights on your Wrangler.
