I highly recommend going with the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs item # SSR-307-47 over a Timbren system for your Ram. This system has a 1,500 lbs capacity that will keep the rear end of your truck level when pulling your horse trailer.
These springs operate off of a system called progressive load control. The more weight you add to the rear end of your truck the more they will compress. They also work independently from each other to compensate for off-center loads. You will have to hit a bump to notice these if you are not towing a trailer or hauling a heavy load.
I have linked an installation video below.
The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System item # TDR1500DQ you were looking at essentially operates as a bump stop and you will feel it no matter what's in the bed of your truck or if you are towing. Timbren's are a large sold piece of rubber that don't have much give.
Tongue weight is typically 10% - 15% of your trailer's total weight. You're going to be way under the 8,600 lbs capacity of the Timbrens and will feel every bump.
