Is this the same for the Noco Genius gen2? What does a flashing red light mean. Fuses are okay and contractions to battery are good.

It sounds like you have a Genius2 just like the # 329-GENIUS2. Just like the Genius1, there is a red pulsing light when the battery is below a certain percent. In this case it is either under 50% or under 25% based on where the light is located. See the attached image below.
