Install this handrail on your second generation 4-step MORryde RV steps (sold separately) for extra stability when entering and exiting your camper. Handle attaches to the left side of the steps and folds with them into the doorway when not in use.

I’ve purchased several items from this store and they have been great. I’m truly hoping this is an isolated issue with the manufacturer.
After verifying several times, I ordered this handrail for my 4 step, 2nd generation system. Upon delivery everything was good to go… until I attempted to mount the rail. The pre-drilled holes in the railing were improperly drilled and none of the holes would line up for mounting. Somehow, the side closest to the camper was pre-drilled at 4 1/2 inches on center (needed to be 6”) and the lower railing was drilled at 6 inches (needed to be 4 1/2”). Go figure, I would be the guy that gets the messed up railing.
Simple fix, remeasured and redrilled the railing mounting holes to the proper measurements. But what a pain in the …
Great add on. Easy install. Unfortunately for me the handle has to be removed when stowing the steps. An extra camp job for me.
Perfect fit! Makes stairs much safer and easier!
The handrail is a great addition for the steps. We now have a solid hand hold from our RV, all the way to the ground.

The handrail arrived in good condition. It was easily installed in about five minutes. The handrail was a great addition to our 5th wheel camper. We can now go up and down the steps, even with our hands full, knowing there is a sturdy support to hold onto, or even lean against. Great purchase!

Very sturdy and works well with the handrail on the trailer! Holes were already in the new steps we purchased.
The 2star rating is on MORryde, not etrailer. After selecting this product (4 step not 3; 2nd generation not 1st) I expected it to be a much more "thought out" product (it is supposed to be designed by MORryde for their steps systems). I will admit that the initial installation only took about 10min. However, on trying to retract the steps I quickly found that it was impossible to fully retract them and close the door as the rail impacted the side of my buffet counter. The rail had to be mounted on the inside of the step stringer which obstructs the stairs and creates a large gap between this rail and the trailer mounted rail. Additionally, this rail was significantly higher than the trailer mounted rail which made an awkward transition between the two rails. After removing the new handrail I cut about 5 inches off of its height, drilled new mounting holes, purchased new (longer) bolts, and repositioned it to the outside of the stair stringer. In this position the new handrail does not intrude into the step area and there is a uniform transition between the two rails. Most importantly, I now have some clearance between the handrail and my buffet counter when the steps are retracted. The entry to my RV is quite common. I am very disappointed that this product was so obviously unfit for my unit, especially since (even disregarding the counter obstruction) the positioning of the stock product is really poor.
This worked out great my wife has RA. And with the 4 steps and the hand rail she’s a happy camper
Product fit steps but did not fold into the camper as advertised. Had to cut it down and redrill all holes
etrailer always comes through for me. They are the only place that I could order this railing from and allow it to back order until it came in. The railing fits perfectly on my Mor/ryde 4 step. Two minutes to install.
GREAT idea and addition to the entry. Well worth the aggregation of figuring out the best suitable generation.
The added handle has safety where we need it when navigating into our 5th wheel. It is a bit wobbly, but you soon get used to its flexibility, and we have the room to fold the stairs in without having to take it off each time we move the RV.

The steps are wonderful, but shipping not so good. Steps had dent, some parts lost their screws, and no screws were included for installation.

Easy install, took a little prying to get last bold in. It really helps getting in an out of trailer, also allows you to bring up steps from inside the trailer.
This product worked great! Easy to install and came quickly.
So glad we purchased this item. Walking up our stairs into our 5th wheel is so much better and safer now.

This product is still in use today. It has not failed in any way since we installed it a year ago. We travel full time so it is used multiple times a day.

The handrail fits neatly onto the steps and doesn't create any obstruction at all. It goes us with the steps when you need to travel and it really is a help for my wife who has bad knees, something to hold onto for balance.
Very sturdy compared to the installed handrail! (this should be the standard on RV's that have the MORyde steps. Well worth it!
The addition of the handrail has made the steps much safer and easier to go up and down the stairs.

This handrail is meant to be installed on the inside of the step rail versus on the outside which would allow the holes to line up as they should.
