Why is Light Blinking on Bright Way Switch Mode Battery Charger

I have this product on my dump trailer, its been charging for the past 2 days and it doesnt seem to be working. When you check the lights the charging light is blinking off and on and I didnt know if you know why its not charging my batteries?

The instructions for the Bright Way Switch Mode Battery Charger # BRW77FR shows that a solid yellow light indicates charging while a solid green light indicates a fully charged battery. Since your charger is blinking it means that your polarity is reversed (yellow fast blink), the battery is dead/defective (yellow blink), or there is a low voltage situation (yellow/green blink).
