Will the TireMinder Portable Air Compressor for RV Tires - 150 psi - 1.8 cfm Maximum Air Flow Item # TM57MRinch work with a dually tire setup like on a Class C? is there an adapter i need to reach the valve stem facing inward?

Yes, the TireMinder Portable Air Compressor for RV Tires # TM57MR will work with dually tires on a class C RV motorhome. We do carry valve extensions like # WM8029135 and inflation kits like # WM8001-135 which allow you to more easily reach the valve stems. There are different kits depending on how your valve stems are set up on your wheels on your RV. If you need help selecting the correct extensions please send me some images of your wheels and the valve stems.
