Have 2011 ford f350 6 3/4 bed. Using trac rack system on it currently 2012 model. Is this cover compatable?

As long as your older TracRac is the SR version that installs using the stake pockets, like the current Thule TracRac SR # TH43003XT-510, it will fit and work with the RetraxPRO MX Hard Tonneau Cover # RT80362 on your 2011 Ford F-350 Super Duty with the 6-3/4' bed.
If your TracRac ladder rack uses the clamps on the inside of the bed rails then there aren't any tonneau covers that will fit. You can swap out your ladder rack for the SR mentioned above if you'd like though. There are also a few other ladder rack and tonneau cover combinations that work together so if you'd rather get a completely different setup I can help you out with that as well.
