Is The Dutton-Lainson DLB1500A Winch Supposed To Have a Circular Hole Between The Oblong Slots?

Question:
My Dutton DLB 1500a has a circular mount hole between the two horizontal mount holes at the top so that I can mount the winch to my jet ski lift post....so there are two bolts vertically into the jet ski lift post. Does this dlb 1500a no longer have that circular mount hole? Or maybe that hole was added? It appears the 2500 has it.

Based on the information I could find for the DLB1500A Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch # DL14964, I can only see it having the 3 oblong mounting holes. I do believe the circular hole you have was added for your application.
