Question:
I already have a Stromberg Carlson bike bunk mounted on the front of my Jayco 267BHSW and a Swagman S63381 4-bike rack along with one Swagman DLX adapter bar. I am interested in carrying a step-through electric bike that weighs 55 lbs without the battery. Do you recommend using this setup? If not, what do you recommend? I would like to keep the bike where I can see it instead of behind the trailer. Also, I would like the option of adding another electric bike weighing 45 lbs without the battery.

You'll need a new set up as your Swagman hanging rack is rated for 35 lbs per bike, and the Bike Bunk is rated for a total of 100 lbs (including the rack) so neither is strong enough for both bikes. There isn't a way to have the bikes in front of the trailer so you will need a hitch on your Jayco, and then a hitch-mounted rack. The easiest thing to do is use a bumper-mounted hitch, if your Jayco has a 4" square bumper, the etrailer RV Bumper 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver # e38HR.
If it doesn't have a bumper you'll need the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs # 13703. Then for a bike rack that is capable of carrying a pair of electric bikes and is also rated for use behind a travel trailer, the Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # S94FR.
The E-Spec can handle tires up to 3" wide so if your bikes have tires between 3" and 5" you'll need the Fat Tire Adapter Kit # S64679. And since one of your bikes has a step through frame you'll also need the Swagman Bike Frame Adapter Bar # S57FR.
