Though we do have an option for your 2023 Audi Q5, at this current moment we will not have a plug and play harness available. The option that we carry is the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness # 119250KIT. This wiring harness bypasses factory wiring and involves no cutting, splicing, or plugging into the vehicle's wiring. The wiring harness has sensors that clamp onto the wires of your factory tail light wiring harness to detect current.

I linked an installation video below on the wiring harness being installed onto a 2018 Audi Q5. The installation process will be quite similar for your 2023 Audi Q5.
